Jungnang-gu Hosts 'Future Education Expo' At the 2022 Jungnang Innovation Education Expo held last year, District Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi is touring the booths.

Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) will hold the "Jungnang Future Education Expo" at 11 a.m. on the 11th in front of Jungnang-gu Office and the central plaza to share the achievements of the Jungnang Future Education District project over the past year.

The Jungnang Future Education District is an educational program that utilizes local resources to help children and adolescents gain diverse learning experiences and develop future competencies. It is also a collaborative governance project created together with the community. The "Jungnang Future Education Expo" is a venue to showcase the capabilities developed through this Future Education District project.

At the expo, children and adolescents will perform congratulatory performances and screen films they have produced themselves. Additionally, about 20 various experience and exhibition booths will be set up, including eco-friendly coffee grounds keychain making and balloon art experiences.

The various experience and exhibition booths will be available from 11 a.m., and from 1 p.m., the opening ceremony will be held along with performances such as cheerleading, musical instrument playing, and dance by the local children's center "Nol-i-teo Cheerleading."

There will also be performances by parent clubs.

The film screening will feature the documentary "Undongjang" produced by the Youth Film School. After the film screening, a special science magic concert will be held to add more enjoyment. The science magic concert will take place from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., and anyone can attend without prior registration.

Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, said, "I hope this becomes a place for children and adolescents to decorate the stage themselves and freely showcase the skills they have learned over the year," adding, "We will continue to strive to improve the local educational environment so that the children and adolescents of Jungnang can gain various experiences and dream diverse dreams."
