[Tomorrow's Weather] Autumn Rain Stops and Temperature Drops... Low 1 to 12 Degrees

On Tuesday the 7th, temperatures will drop sharply and strong winds will make it feel cold. In Daegwallyeong, Gangwon, temperatures will fall to minus 1 degree Celsius. As the autumn rain stops, morning temperatures in northeastern Gyeonggi and inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon are expected to drop below freezing, causing ice to form and frost to appear in some places.

Until early morning on the 7th, occasional rain will fall in the central region (except the eastern coast of Gangwon), and from late night on the 6th to early morning on the 7th, some rain may occur in Jeonbuk and northern inland Gyeongbuk, but conditions will generally be calm. Additionally, light raindrops less than 0.1mm may fall in the eastern coast of Gangwon, northern Jeonnam region, inland southern Daegu and Gyeongbuk, and inland western Gyeongnam.

By 6 a.m., temperatures in northern and eastern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, northern Chungbuk, northeastern inland Gyeongbuk, and northeastern mountainous Gyeongbuk are expected to drop below freezing, causing rain to change to snow in some areas. Snow accumulation is also expected in northeastern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous Gangwon, northeastern inland Gyeongbuk, and northeastern mountainous Gyeongbuk.

Expected precipitation from the 6th to early morning on the 7th is forecasted to be 5 to 20 mm in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, and the five western islands, 5 to 10 mm in inland and mountainous Gangwon, around 5 mm in Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, and Chungbuk, and 5 mm in Jeonbuk and northern inland Gyeongbuk. Expected snowfall on the morning of the 7th is around 1 cm in northeastern Gyeonggi, 1 to 3 cm in inland and mountainous Gangwon, and less than 1 cm in northeastern inland and mountainous Gyeongbuk.

Morning low temperatures are expected to range from 1 to 12 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from 7 to 18 degrees Celsius.

Strong wind warnings have been issued for most regions nationwide. Attention should be paid to facility management, pedestrian safety, and traffic safety.

Marine wind warnings have also been issued for all seas. Winds are expected to blow very strongly at 35 to 80 km/h (10 to 22 m/s) in most marine areas. Waves are forecasted to be very high at 2.0 to 4.0 meters (with the western and eastern offshore seas reaching over 5.0 meters).

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
