On the 6th, Imsil-gun, Jeonbuk announced that the 10th Imsil Youth Culture Festival ‘I LOVE Uth’ was successfully concluded on the 4th at the Gunmin Sports Center.
The festival, attended by over 800 youths, was organized to instill dreams and hope in local youths and to foster a healthy youth culture. It was hosted by Imsil YMCA (Chairman Choi Seon-tae) with support from Imsil-gun.

The youth-led culture festival provides opportunities to participate in various cultural activities to support healthy growth and establish a youth culture in Imsil-gun. It embodies the meaning of youths and local residents enjoying and sharing together.
The event began at 10 a.m. with a contest, followed by experiential activities and commemorative events, continuing until 5 p.m. with a variety of festival programs.
The first part featured singing, dance, and futsal competitions, allowing youths to express their talents and desires. The second part included job experience and club booths, as well as food tasting activities involving local residents.
During the third part’s commemorative event, the festival was further enlivened by congratulatory performances from winners of the singing and dance contests and invited external performances.
Outdoor experiential activities included club booths prepared by youths over the year and a food market prepared by local residents, providing a closer connection with youths despite the cold weather.
Kim ○ Hyun, a student participating in the youth organization, said, “I enjoyed the various experiences and performances where youths could play together with friends, and it helped me relieve stress from studying.”
Shim Min, the county governor, said, “The Youth Culture Festival is a festival where the youths, the future of Imsil, and local residents can come together. I hope youths will vigorously pursue the goals they envision.”
