Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation's 'Small and Medium Enterprise Networking Project Offline Community Event' held on the 3rd at Suwon Marriott
The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation held an offline event focused on human resource management strategies within companies.
On the 3rd, the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation announced on the 4th that it conducted the 'Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Mid-sized Enterprises Networking Project Offline Community Event' at the Courtyard Marriott in Suwon City, with about 30 representatives from SMEs and mid-sized companies in the province attending to discuss various support measures for strengthening corporate competitiveness.
Since last year, the foundation has established and operated an online community to exchange opinions and listen to management difficulties with SMEs and mid-sized companies in the province, as well as providing corporate support consulting. This year, including excellent SMEs (such as large company partners, notably good SMEs, and companies with outstanding jobs in the province), the foundation has started regularly holding offline community events and launched various programs to enhance corporate competitiveness.
The corporate competitiveness enhancement program was designed by conducting surveys targeting company representatives registered in the online community and reflecting voices from the field.
Son Il-gwon, Head of the Western Business Division at the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, emphasized, "We plan to continuously support exchanges and cooperation among participating companies in the 'SMEs and Mid-sized Enterprises Networking' program," adding, "We will expand programs for SMEs and mid-sized companies and strive to create good jobs."
