Pyeongtaek City Holds 'Pyeongtaek 8 Views + Receipt' Event

Mobile Gift Cards Provided to the First 200 Customers

Pyeongtaek City in Gyeonggi Province will hold the 'Pyeongtaek 8 Views + Receipt Event' from the 6th to December 5th to revitalize local tourism.

During the event period, participants can take a photo at one of the Pyeongtaek 8 Views locations along with a receipt from a restaurant in Pyeongtaek City and post it on their personal Instagram. The first 200 participants will receive a 5,000 KRW mobile gift certificate. However, the city explained that the event may end early if the prizes run out.

The Pyeongtaek 8 Views include ▲Pyeongtaek Port ▲Sopung Garden ▲Wonpyeong Ferry Reed Forest ▲Jinwicheon Recreation Area ▲International Market ▲Utdari Cultural Village ▲Seojeong Market ▲Jeong Do-jeon Historic Site.

A Pyeongtaek City official said, "This event was planned to promote the Pyeongtaek 8 Views by reflecting the tourism trend of sharing travel information through SNS," adding, "We hope it will benefit both tourists and small business owners."
