Woomi Construction announced on the 6th that ‘Paju Unjeong New Town Woomirin The Centum,’ being developed in Unjeong New Town, Paju, Gyeonggi Province, will begin full-scale sales.
This complex is being developed on Block A21 of Paju Unjeong 3 District, consisting of 5 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors, with a total of 418 households. All units are composed of the highly preferred exclusive area of 84㎡. The price competitiveness is evaluated to be strong compared to surrounding market prices due to the application of the price ceiling system. Special supply will begin on the 13th, followed by first-priority subscription on the 14th and second-priority subscription on the 15th.
Paju Unjeong New Town Woomirin The Centum is being developed as a super-station area apartment near the GTX-A Unjeong Station (tentative name, planned), which is scheduled to open early in the second half of next year, promising excellent transportation environment and future value. Additionally, the area around GTX-A Unjeong Station has been designated as a special station area planning zone, where commercial, business, park, and cultural facilities are planned to be developed.
Within walking distance, sites for elementary, middle, and high schools are planned, and the surrounding area is rich in living infrastructure facilities such as a planned library, E-Mart, Homeplus, and Lotte Outlet. A neighborhood park is planned near the complex, and the nearby Simhak Mountain Forest Park and others provide a pleasant residential environment.
The complex is designed mainly with a south-facing layout, and all units are designed with a 4-bay slab-type structure to enhance openness, ventilation, and lighting. Internally, ceiling heights are raised up to 2.5m (based on floors 1 to 3), and features such as wide kitchens, dressing rooms, kitchen pantries, and walk-in entrances (varying by housing type) have been introduced to expand space utilization and storage capacity.
The landscaping and community facilities also stand out. A 100% underground parking lot design (excluding neighborhood living facilities) has been applied to create a park-type complex. The secured ground space will include various themed landscaping such as ecological ponds, grass plazas, and children’s playgrounds. Additionally, the complex will feature the Lynn Center community facilities, including a fitness club, indoor golf practice range, separate reading rooms for men and women, an open caf?, children’s library, indoor playground, and book caf?.
First-priority subscription requires a subscription account membership period of at least one year and payment of the deposit amount according to the region and area. As of the date of the resident recruitment announcement, anyone aged 19 or older residing in Paju City or the metropolitan area (Gyeonggi Province, Seoul, Incheon) can apply for first-priority subscription regardless of the number of houses owned, whether as head of household or household member.
