Information on Hospitals, Types, and Prices for Vaccination
Reservation Available for Visits
Dr. Now announced on the 2nd that it operates a service that informs users of hospitals where flu vaccinations are available and allows immediate reservations.
Since the flu outbreak advisory was issued last month, the number of flu patients has been steadily increasing. The number of confirmed flu cases has risen among adults, with the highest prevalence observed in the 19-49 age group. Dr. Now explained that this winter is expected to see simultaneous outbreaks of the flu and COVID-19 viruses, increasing the necessity for vaccinations.
Dr. Now provides a list of hospitals that administer flu vaccinations near the user’s location. Additionally, users can check the prices of paid vaccines and find hospitals offering free vaccinations for the elderly, pregnant women, and infants.
If you want to get a flu vaccination, you can use the reservation service on the Dr. Now app. Reservations can be made by phone, and users can select their preferred date and time. After the reservation is confirmed, detailed guidance is provided through notification messages.
Ahn Jae-hong, Technical Lead at Dr. Now, said, “We have prepared this service so that users can quickly find hospitals nearby where they can get vaccinated and access essential information about flu vaccinations.” He added, “We plan to continuously add necessary information and systems in the future.”
