New Auto Complex Cultural Space Established in the New Headquarters Building
Epica, a company leading the digital transformation of the automobile sales and distribution process, announced on the 31st that it has expanded and relocated its headquarters to a five-story building in Nonhyeon, Seoul.
To mark the relocation, the company plans to transform the first floor of the new headquarters into a complex cultural space. They will hold car concerts, gatherings centered around vehicles similar to book concerts, along with luxury car exhibitions. One wall will feature a media wall displaying videos introducing vehicle sales and distribution systems, including BTS (BMW Test Drive Solution), a digital management service for vehicle test drives provided to their client BMW Korea.
The rooftop will be developed into a garden and vegetable patch to provide a relaxation space. The second floor is planned to be a space where yoga or Pilates can be practiced.
Epica provides data-driven digital solutions (DMS·Dealer Management Solution) in essential areas for dealers during the vehicle sales process, such as test drives and after-sales service (AS). By digitizing parts of the automobile sales operations, it helps reduce operating costs for car manufacturers and dealers while enhancing competitiveness.
Companies that have adopted Epica’s services include BMW Korea and seven official BMW dealers. Since early this year, the company has been actively pursuing expansion into global markets such as North America, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
Han Boseok, CEO of Epica, said, “While the business expansion required a larger space, we also wanted to create a space that embodies Epica’s philosophy of pursuing change in the automobile distribution market. As Epica is primarily a B2B company, I hope the new headquarters space will be well utilized to broaden our touchpoints with consumers.”
