'Lifetime Learning Neighborhood Festival' to be Held Across Osan in November

Osan City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 30th that it will hold the "4th 1124 Osan Lifelong Learning Neighborhood Festival" throughout the city for two weeks from the 11th to the 24th of next month.

This festival is divided into five categories: the Stepping Stone Classroom Neighborhood Festival, Lifelong Learning Club Neighborhood Playground, Osan Citizen Education Fair, Lifelong Learning Village Unkim Yard, and Adult Literacy Exploration, each held at locations such as the 'Stepping Stone Classroom' throughout Osan City.

During the event period, the Osan Lifelong Learning Center will also host regional city and province representative network meetings and the 9th Osan City Adult Literacy Calligraphy Exhibition.

The 'Stepping Stone Classroom' is designated by the city for lifelong education, and about 100 public and private classrooms out of a total of 220 will participate in this festival. In particular, cafe, workshop, lifelong education facilities, and senior welfare facilities, along with space operators and Osan citizen instructors from each facility, will participate in the festival with the theme of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG).

Those wishing to participate in the festival can apply in advance through the Osan City Education Portal starting from the 1st of next month.
