This support was carried out as part of the Happy Alliance's 'Housing Environment Improvement Project,' which is dedicated to building a social safety net for children in welfare blind spots. Electroland donated a refrigerator and a washing machine to help the affected family recover their daily life.
Earlier, a fire broke out last month in an apartment in Jin-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, resulting in the deaths of two members of a multicultural family. The fire caused property damage, and a 3-year-old child who was at the scene was seriously injured and transported to the hospital.
An Electroland official said, "We hope that the home appliances will be of some help to the bereaved family who are continuing to live through this tragic accident," adding, "If additional home appliances are needed by the family, Electroland plans to provide immediate further support."
