Policy from Their Perspective... Ulsan City Recruiting Participants for 'Youth Policy Proposal Final Development Competition'

October 30 - November 24: A Total of 35 Registrations Received

Ulsan City has begun recruiting participants for the ‘Youth Policy Proposal Final Development Competition’ to be held at Lotte Hotel on December 1.

The ‘Youth Policy Proposal Final Development Competition’ is a platform where participants brainstorm and collaborate within a limited time to come up with effective ideas and complete policy proposals addressing youth issues in various fields.

This competition was organized to discover and formulate customized Ulsan youth policies reflecting the perspectives of young people.

Eligibility is open to youths aged 19 to 39 who reside or are active in Ulsan and have a strong interest in youth policies.

The competition will have 35 participants divided into five groups based on the following categories: △Jobs & Startups △Housing △Welfare △Culture △Participation & Rights. Each group will engage in policy discussions, expert mentoring, and policy proposal presentations.

Youths wishing to participate can apply by accessing the QR code on the competition notice and filling out the application form by November 24.

For more details, please refer to the ‘Contests & Support Projects’ section on the Ulsan Youth Policy Platform.

An official from Ulsan City stated, “We will create a virtuous cycle where ideas directly proposed by the youth, the actual demanders of youth policies, are connected to policies, thereby developing various policies that reflect the voices of young people.”
