President Yoon Suk-yeol attended the 1st anniversary memorial service for the Itaewon tragedy on the 29th.
On that day, President Yoon visited Yeongam Church in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and held the 1st anniversary memorial service for the Itaewon tragedy, the presidential office spokesperson's office announced to the media.
It was also reported that President Yoon delivered a memorial address for the victims during the service.
Yeongam Church is the church President Yoon attended from the first grade of elementary school until the first grade of middle school. Last year, on Christmas, President Yoon visited the church again after 49 years.
