"Zero Life Inconvenience, Always OK When You Call"
Jindo-gun, Jeollanam-do held a meeting between the Our Neighborhood Welfare Task Force and the Jindo Fire Station 119 Life Safety Patrol.
According to the county on the 27th, the meeting was organized to promote mutual cooperation in providing life safety services to vulnerable groups, discovering welfare blind spots, and preventing solitary deaths.

The Our Neighborhood Welfare Task Force leads the practice of neighborly love through various volunteer activities aimed at improving and supporting the living inconveniences of vulnerable groups, identifying households in crisis, and establishing public-private cooperation.
Additionally, the 119 Life Safety Patrol works to prevent fires in the area by conducting electrical and gas safety inspections, removing life safety hazards, checking health indicators such as blood pressure and diabetes, installing safety handrails, gas automatic shut-off devices, and standalone alarm detectors, and even replacing light bulbs in elderly households to resolve daily inconveniences.
A representative from the Jindo-gun Resident Welfare Division stated, “We will continue to cooperate with the Our Neighborhood Welfare Task Force and the 119 Life Safety Patrol to improve the residential environment of vulnerable groups and provide life safety services. We will also do our best to discover and support welfare blind spots by maintaining a solid cooperative system with private organizations such as the volunteer fire brigade.”
