POSCO E&C 'The Sharp Uijeongbu Station Link City' 1,401 Households for Sale

POSCO E&C announced on the 27th that it will officially begin sales of 'The Sharp Uijeongbu Station Link City,' located on the site of the Camp LaGuardia urban development project in Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi Province.

The complex consists of 6 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 48 floors above ground, with a total of 1,401 households. The exclusive area units are ▲84㎡ with 1,058 households ▲112㎡ with 339 households ▲162㎡ with 2 households ▲165㎡ with 2 households. As Camp LaGuardia, a former U.S. military base, was returned, approximately 30,000㎡ of parkland will be created as a public contribution in accordance with the urban development project bidding conditions.


Transportation is convenient with Uijeongbu Station on Line 1 within walking distance, and Heungseon Station on the Uijeongbu Light Rail Transit also nearby. The Gyeoeseo Line, which runs from Neunggok Station in Goyang City to Uijeongbu Station, is scheduled to open next year. Notably, once the GTX (Great Train Express) C Line opens in 2028, it will take only five stops to reach Samsung Station from Uijeongbu Station.


The living infrastructure includes easy access to the public complex building right in front of the complex, Shinsegae Department Store, Eulji University Hospital, CGV, Jeil Market, and the Rodeo commercial district. The educational environment allows walking access to Uijeongbu Seo Elementary School and Daon Middle School, with Uijeongbu Middle School and Uijeongbu Girls' Middle and High Schools also nearby.


The internal community facilities cover approximately 4,000㎡. It will feature the region’s first study space, the Edu & Business Lounge, a small library, Kids Station, daycare center, and care center. Fitness facilities include a fitness center, GX room, indoor golf practice range (equipped with GDR), table tennis room, Pilates room, as well as convenience facilities such as sauna (cold and hot baths) and coin laundry. Facilities such as a central stepped garden caf? and terrace-style guest house will also be introduced. Electric vehicle charging payment-type outlets will be additionally installed on parking lot pillars. Parking spaces are provided at a ratio of 1.37 spaces per household.


The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 6th of next month, followed by first priority applications on the 7th and second priority on the 8th. Winners will be announced on the 14th, and official contracts will be signed from the 27th to the 30th. First priority subscription eligibility requires applicants to be 19 years or older residing in Uijeongbu-si, Seoul, Incheon, or Gyeonggi Province, and to meet the deposit requirements by region and area. Except for 40% of the 84㎡ units, all units will be allocated by lottery. There are no restrictions on re-winning, and the resale restriction period is one year.


A sales official stated, "With the opening of the GTX C Line, commuting time to Gangnam will be significantly reduced, and once approximately 4,000 branded units planned around Camp LaGuardia are completed, the residential environment will be noticeably improved. Having previously introduced excellent complexes such as 'Jangam The Sharp Forest,' 'The Sharp Park Avenue,' and 'The Sharp Rhythm City' in Uijeongbu, we have high expectations from buyers for this complex and will strive to meet them."
