Musinsa Standard Opens Seongsu Store... "Curation Store Concept"

The Third Store in Seoul Following Hongdae and Gangnam

Musinsa Standard announced on the 27th that it will grand open its offline store, 'Musinsa Standard Seongsu,' on Yeonmujang-gil in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.

Musinsa Standard Seongsu is the brand's fourth offline store and the third in the Seoul area, operated with a 'curation store' concept reflecting the characteristics of the Seongsu area, which leads domestic trends.


In addition to displaying and selling products, the store plans to strengthen curation services that offer customers customized coordination by product and season. Musinsa Standard Seongsu spans an area of 805.22㎡ (approximately 244 pyeong), with the first floor featuring season-focused products and women's items, and the second floor housing men's products.


To commemorate the opening of the Seongsu store, Musinsa Standard will also showcase a collaborative project with nearby local shops. In collaboration with F&B (food and beverage) brands representing Yeonmujang-gil in Seongsu-dong, a limited-edition menu exclusive to Musinsa Standard was developed. The collaborative menu will be sold at each local shop for two weeks until the 9th of next month. Seven locations participated in this project: Rockadoodle Nashville Hot Chicken, Bao Seoul, Seoul Brewery, Seongsu Darak, Owood, Compact Record Bar, and Taste and Taste.


For three days after the opening, customers who purchase products at Musinsa Standard Seongsu will receive a limited-edition menu exchange voucher randomly, limited to the first 200 customers each day, which can be used at one of the seven local shops. Additionally, customers who order the limited-edition collaborative menu at the local shops will be given a 10% discount coupon valid only at Musinsa Standard Seongsu.


A Musinsa Standard representative said, “Seongsu is a symbolic area where many customers interested in fashion gather, and it clearly has characteristics that lead trends. Along with popular brand products, we will offer customers diverse styles and coordination centered on trend-reflecting items.”
