Dongwon F&B has launched 'Dongwon Matcham,' a product that enhances convenience without the need for separate cooking.

Dongwon Matcham is a high-protein food containing approximately 76% lean meat, with about 24g of protein per 135g can. One can provides nearly half of the daily recommended protein intake.

Dongwon F&B also changed the packaging to match the concept. Unlike traditional tuna cans, which display the product name and nutritional information with the can lid positioned at the bottom, Dongwon Matcham is designed by inverting the can so that only the lid is opened and placed on the table, making it easy to eat with a spoon or chopsticks. Another distinctive feature is the use of vivid orange and red colors instead of the yellow that represents Dongwon tuna.

A Dongwon F&B representative said, "Dongwon Matcham can be conveniently used as a side dish without separate cooking, and it can also serve as a substitute for canned ham as well as refrigerated and frozen foods. We plan to develop it as a representative steady seller following lean tuna and spicy tuna."
