Unlike ordinary calves, which have an average birth weight of around 25 kg, super Hanwoo calves are known to have a birth weight of 40 to 50 kg and an exceptional growth rate. Jeju Livestock Agricultural Cooperative explained that the super Hanwoo cattle produced this time are the result of Hanwoo improvement projects and the use of cooperative feed tailored to their growth.
