Umi Construction Launches Sales for 'Ulsan Daun 2 District Umirin The Signature'

Umi Construction announced on the 25th that it will open the model house for ‘Ulsan Daun 2 District Umi Lin The Signature,’ located in the Daun 2 District, Beomseo-eup, Ulju-gun, Ulsan Metropolitan City, on the 27th and will begin full-scale sales.

This complex will be developed on B-2 block of Daun 2 District, consisting of 20 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,430 households. All units are composed of 84㎡ exclusive area, which is highly preferred by buyers.

Planned elementary, middle, and high schools, commercial sites, and neighborhood parks within the district are all located within walking distance for convenient use. The transportation environment is also convenient. The Ulsan-Busan Expressway and Ulsan-Pohang Expressway are accessible, and roads connecting Daun 2 District to Seongan Interchange as well as the expansion of the existing National Road No. 14 are planned.

The Daun 2 District, where the complex is being developed, also benefits from development prospects connecting to Seonbawi District and the KTX station area. Umi Construction explained that since the government has designated Ulsan as a national advanced strategic industry specialized complex and plans approximately 7.4 trillion KRW in private investment, positive effects are expected accordingly.

As a large-scale complex, extensive landscaping and community facilities will be provided. A 100% underground parking lot design (excluding neighborhood living facilities) is applied to create a park-style complex. The secured ground space will feature various themed landscaping such as ecological ponds, grass plazas, and children’s playgrounds.

The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 31st of this month, followed by first priority subscription on November 1st, and second priority subscription on November 2nd. The announcement of winners will be on the 9th, and the official contract will be conducted over three days from the 20th to the 22nd.

First priority subscription applicants must meet the following conditions: ▲subscription savings account membership for more than 6 months ▲residents aged 19 or older living in Ulsan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, or Gyeongsangnam-do who meet the deposit requirements by region and area. Regardless of the number of houses owned, both household heads and members can apply for first priority subscription.
