Bae Byeong-il "Joining Carbon Neutrality Policy"
The Korea Student Aid Foundation (Chairman Bae Byeong-il) held an environmental management declaration ceremony on the 24th at the 8th-floor conference room of its headquarters in Dong-gu, Daegu.
The event was held with the attendance of Chairman Bae Byeong-il and other executives and employees, aiming to enhance the leadership of management in environmental management and to strengthen the commitment to practicing eco-friendly management.
The declaration ceremony included Chairman Bae's reading and signing of the environmental management declaration, which mainly covered participation in the government's carbon neutrality policy, fostering green talent, and reducing waste generation.

After the declaration ceremony, executives and employees formed a consensus on the government's carbon neutrality vision through signing a pledge to practice eco-friendly activities and vowed to participate in such activities.
Prior to this, in May, on the foundation's anniversary, the Korea Student Aid Foundation conducted company-wide eco-friendly activities, including joint labor-management environmental cleanup activities in the Daegu area and around Macheonsan, as well as promoting eco-friendly campaigns.
Bae Byeong-il, Chairman of the Korea Student Aid Foundation, stated, "Going forward, the Korea Student Aid Foundation will continue to transform into an institution leading the sustainability of its projects through systematic and advanced ESG management under the leadership of the institution's head," adding, "We will strive to realize the 2050 carbon neutrality vision by leveraging the institution's core business, such as fostering green talent."
