Newbility Collaborates with Model Solution... "Leading the Robot Market"

Robot Business Partnership Agreement Signed

Newbility (CEO Sangmin Lee) announced on the 23rd that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for robot business cooperation with Model Solution (CEO Byungil Woo), an affiliate of Korea & Company Group. The two companies agreed to establish a collaborative relationship covering the entire robotics-related field.

Through this MOU, Newbility plans to establish a cooperative system for mass production of innovative autonomous robots and related solution development with Model Solution, a global company that provides a one-stop service for the entire production process including design and hardware development.

Founded in 1993, Model Solution has grown into an advanced technology solutions company and is expanding its business areas into various fields such as robotics, IT, augmented reality, medical, and mobility, strengthening efforts to secure future growth engines.
