On the 23rd, Kyowon Group announced that the Education Consulting Research Institute operated by Planners Language Academy, a specialized English academy for elementary and middle school students, will launch a one-on-one online learning management program called ‘Team Planner’ starting from the 1st of next month.
The Planners Education Consulting Research Institute is a research center that provides learning diagnostics and career counseling for all grade levels from elementary to high school. Established in May, it aims to suggest learning directions suitable for each grade’s characteristics and to cultivate self-directed learning and career planning abilities.
Team Planner is a program that designs a personalized learning roadmap through one-on-one online video management. It expands the existing offline learning management to an online format. Targeting all grade levels with goals of managing school grades and career/college entrance, it proceeds through five stages: comprehensive learning diagnosis, counseling, consulting, analysis and review, and parent consultation. The instructors are education consulting experts with over five years of experience, providing plans to develop competencies aligned with students’ career paths and aptitudes.
Through comprehensive learning diagnostics, it predicts career direction by diagnosing various aspects such as humanities/science inclination and multiple intelligence evaluations. Based on the diagnostic results, instructors provide academic consulting tailored to each student’s aptitude and tendencies, including career planning and study habits and methods for each subject. Afterwards, through individual achievement analysis, it offers specific roadmaps including feedback on learning methods, goal setting, and motivation.
A representative of Planners Language Academy stated, “In addition to the advantages of online education, it is available not only to enrolled students but also to non-enrolled students, allowing for the concretization of learning strategies based on the latest college entrance information,” and added, “We will strive to serve as a reliable supporter sharing the concerns of parents and students who are highly interested in college entrance and career paths following the announcement of the 2028 college entrance system reform plan.”
Meanwhile, Planners Language Academy, which launched in January, provides educational services combining traditional English (ESL) and college entrance English (EFL). It operates six directly managed branches nationwide, including in Busan, Ilsan, Uijeongbu, and Cheonan.
