SK Innovation's corporate brand campaign is receiving excellent evaluations in the advertising industry.
On the 19th, at the '2023 Korea Advertisers Association Conference' held at the Westin Chosun Hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul, SK Innovation won the 'Marketer of the Year Award' in the brand category selected by advertisers. On the 20th, at the '2023 Brand of the Year Awards' ceremony hosted by the Korean Advertising Society at the Grand Hyatt Jeju, the corporate brand campaign received the Brand of the Year Award in the ‘ESG category’.
SK Innovation's commitment to implementing the 'Carbon to Green' strategy, conveyed in an easy and entertaining way using aliens, was highly praised. This year, SK Innovation aired the corporate brand campaign video series 'Alien OTT' under the theme 'This kind of future, until now was SF, from now on is SK Innovation' on broadcast and online platforms. The videos depicted aliens wanting to live on Earth, which has become a clean planet ideal for living thanks to SK Innovation's carbon reduction efforts.
Additionally, in print images, the campaign presented the ‘Green Picture’ series, which parodied world-famous masterpieces such as Sandro Botticelli’s 'The Birth of Venus' from the Italian Renaissance era or used AI-generated paintings.
