The Ministry of Science and ICT's Korea Post Headquarters (Director Cho Haegun) will issue 624,000 commemorative stamps on the 27th, featuring the daytime and nighttime views of Seoul, the capital of South Korea, under the theme "Day and Night of Korea."
Unlike typical stamp sizes, the commemorative stamps are designed with a wide layout to showcase the expansive daytime scenery and the dazzling nighttime views of Seoul, a capital city with a 600-year history, all at a glance.
Korea Post Headquarters plans to release an annual commemorative stamp series under the theme "Day and Night of Korea," with Seoul being the first city featured in this series.
