"Wolasan Forest in Jinju" is a complex forest recreation facility nestled between the two peaks of Wolasan Mountain, featuring Wolasan Woodland, a natural recreation forest, and forest leisure facilities. It offers a variety of amenities such as fragrant forest trails, woodworking experiences, a children's library, net adventure, zip wire, and forest leisure activities, allowing families, couples, friends, and various generations to enjoy and utilize the forest according to their preferences.

The event, scheduled over 2 nights and 3 days, includes a rich lineup of programs such as eco-friendly talks, woodworking workshops, upcycling experiences, environmental education, a welcome drink zone, clean hiking, and busking performances. Side events will also feature missions like avoiding the use of disposable products and not disposing of non-recyclable waste.

Applications will open on the foundation’s website from 9 a.m. on the 23rd, and the Jinju Cultural Tourism Foundation will select 20 teams on a first-come, first-served basis for the 2-night stay. Notably, all participants will receive various gifts including three-use tickets for the forest leisure facilities at "Wolasan Forest in Jinju," welcome gifts, and prize draws.

A representative from the Jinju Cultural Tourism Foundation stated, “Following last year’s event at the Jinju Bronze Age Culture Museum, this year we are hosting an eco-friendly camping event at Wolasan Forest in Jinju, which is pursuing designation as a national garden. Since a special camping site has been set up in this unique location, we hope participants will enjoy camping amid the excellent autumn scenery of Wolasan and share meaningful moments promoting an eco-friendly camping culture.”
