The most noteworthy sections are Part 1 and Part 4. They contain domestic and international industry trends, creative environment, legal and institutional environment, diagnosis of industry issues, content production and distribution status, and government and related organizations' industry support status. All of these provide practical and useful industry information for content companies to establish business strategies. A representative from the Korea Creative Content Agency explained, "We selected issues together with industry and academic experts and included the latest industry trends and information on creation, production, and distribution status through an analysis of the industrial environment by field."

Part 2 mainly presents the results of a domestic content usage survey conducted by a professional research institution. The survey targeted 3,500 people aged 3 to 69 nationwide who had used the relevant genre content at least once every 2 to 3 months in the past year. Survey items included usage frequency and preference by content field, selection criteria and information acquisition channels, overall viewing experience, consumption capacity, usage status of IP expansion content, and future usage changes. A Korea Creative Content Agency official said, "This allows us to understand users' perceptions and usage and consumption tendencies necessary for content distribution and business strategies."

Part 3 consists of an analysis of global market trends and industry status in five regions including the United States, China, and Japan. Based on reports from local journalists and overseas market specialized data such as market data, it analyzes market status, industry trends, and major issues to provide basic data necessary for establishing global business strategies.

Yoo Hyun-seok, Deputy Director of the Korea Creative Content Agency, stated, "This year's broadcasting and game industry white papers will include broadcasting and video media usage status and detailed viewership analysis information, and will reflect the results of expanded sample surveys of game businesses and users, scheduled to be published around February next year." He added, "We hope that the industry white papers, which compile domestic and international information by content genre, will be actively used for content companies' business strategy establishment and future strategy planning by policymakers."

The comics, animation, character, and music industry white papers can be found in the Content Knowledge Research Report section on the Korea Creative Content Agency website.
