In his opening remarks, Lee Soo-hyung, CEO of Law Times, said, "Through the medieval religious revolution and the Renaissance, the Bible, which was once accessible only to a few clergy members, became available to the masses, which became the driving force behind the Reformation. I believe that democratization of the judiciary allows more people to access the law more closely and easily, ultimately leading to judicial reform and judicial revolution. I hope this forum will be an opportunity to confirm that and to find even better answers."

At the forum, senior officials and legal experts from the legal profession, corporations, government, and law schools gathered to share the innovativeness of legal tech companies and explore ways for companies, law firms, and the government to coexist and prosper. Pascal Rogier, Director of North Asia at LexisNexis, which leads global legal tech innovation with "Lexis + AI," introduced the current status of the development of legal professional generative artificial intelligence (AI).
