Providing Customized Consulting to Solve Restaurant Owners' Concerns

OB Foodservice Class is OB Beer's support program for small business owners, providing online video education featuring the know-how of various foodservice experts and 1:1 customized consulting to solve the concerns of self-employed restaurant operators.
As a leading domestic liquor company, OB Beer has prepared a program to help small business owners struggling with restaurant management in order to practice 'entrepreneurship.' To provide practical assistance to foodservice operators, OB Beer partnered with 'Insight Platform,' a specialized F&B education and consulting company.
The online education will be conducted over three months for about 200 small business owners in the foodservice industry. The curriculum covers essential knowledge for restaurant management, including gourmet branding strategies, labor, tax, accounting, foodservice trends, and food tech, delivering core know-how for foodservice management.
Customized 1:1 consulting is also provided, where foodservice experts visit the owners' stores in person to listen to their concerns and offer solutions. Among the outstanding online course completers, 15 individuals selected through story applications will receive coaching services from experts tailored to their needs, such as menu development, store renewal, franchising, SNS marketing, and kitchen workflow improvement.
An OB Beer representative said, “We planned this program with the hope that systematic education will create a virtuous cycle where foodservice owners increase sales and provide high-quality service to customers.” He added, “We will enhance both the quantity and quality of the program so that more small business owners can benefit from OB Foodservice Class.”
