Providing Overseas Mobile Payments and More
DGB Daegu Bank has signed a business agreement with the global payment network company ‘GLN International’ (CEO Kim Kyung-ho) to expand global financial services.
GLN International operates a global payment intermediary network business that connects financial companies, distribution, and point service providers from around the world into a single network, allowing users to freely use global financial services such as mobile payments, ATM withdrawals, and remittances across borders without restrictions.

Through the agreement held on the 12th at the headquarters in Suseong-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu, DGB Daegu Bank plans to provide overseas mobile simple payment and mobile overseas ATM withdrawal services. In the future, users will be able to use mobile QR payments and ATM withdrawal services in countries such as Japan, Guam, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Singapore through the DGB Daegu Bank iM Bank app. The bank also plans to continuously review the introduction of new financial services, such as enabling overseas students to pay domestic tuition fees.
Hwang Byung-woo, President of Daegu Bank, expressed his intention, saying, “Through the global partnership with GLN International, we will actively strive to provide various global financial services to customers using DGB Daegu Bank.”
