TMc Acquires 33.4% of Oceanbridge Shares... Becomes Largest Shareholder

TMC announced on the 12th that it has agreed to acquire 3.34 million shares (33.4%) of Ocean Bridge from Pan Asia Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd.

The acquisition amount is 65,376,618,350 KRW. The purchase price per share is 19,570 KRW, representing a 33.2% premium over the closing price of 14,690 KRW on the 12th.
