30 Companies Participate in On-Site Interviews
Osan City in Gyeonggi-do will hold the youth job fair 'Jobjobkok! Youth Job Festival' on the 20th at the Osan Osaek Culture and Sports Center's auxiliary gymnasium.
Organized by the Osan City Job Center, this fair was planned to connect youth job creation with companies struggling with recruitment difficulties.
The fair will feature 30 companies from the Osan area, including Ewha Diamond Co., Ltd., Y-Sol Co., Ltd., Kyungdong Navien Co., Ltd., and Dongtan Coupang Co., Ltd. HR managers from these companies plan to hire talent through on-site interviews at the fair.
The event will also offer various side programs such as announcer speech techniques, image building and personal color diagnosis, free resume photo shoots, career fortune-telling with tarot cards, and resume writing consulting. Related organizations such as the Gyeonggi Job Foundation, Hanshin University, Osan University, and the Employment Welfare Plus Center will provide consultations on entrepreneurship and employment.
Job seekers wishing to participate in the fair can bring related documents such as resumes, self-introduction letters, and certificates to have one-on-one on-site interviews with company HR managers.
Lee Kwon-jae, mayor of Osan City, stated, "We plan to provide continuous follow-up support for unemployed youth who participated in the event to ensure they can find employment as soon as possible."
