They explained that after posting a signboard created by an autistic designer in connection with Disability Day last April, they have continued to collaborate to promote ongoing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management activities and support the talent rehabilitation of people with disabilities.
The autistic designer created the illustration design for the signboard. The text on the signboard was selected from the poem "Hamkke" by poet Seo Yoon-deok, conveying the meaning of "a real estate specialized institution together with the people."
Son Tae-rak, President of the Korea Real Estate Board, said, "To support the social activities of autistic designers, this signboard was also produced as an innovative work by an artist with disabilities," adding, "I hope this work not only delivers a warm message to local residents but also serves as an opportunity to improve awareness of disabilities."
