Gwanak-gu Operates 2023 Youth Career Counseling Center 'Todak Todak Classroom'

Are our youth feeling suffocated and overwhelmed when thinking about their future? Gwanak-gu is here to help!

Gwanak-gu, ranked number one in youth population (Mayor Park Jun-hee), will operate the youth career counseling center "Todak Todak Classroom" for local youth from October 30 to November 17.

Considering the social phenomenon where many young people feel depressed due to job search pressure or workplace stress, and have a high early resignation rate due to reasons such as aptitude, the district has prepared the youth career counseling center "Todak Todak Classroom."

At "Todak Todak Classroom," various programs are provided to help young people identify their strengths and enhance their career exploration capabilities.

The programs are mainly composed of ▲face-to-face workshops ▲1:1 video counseling ▲non-face-to-face job exploration.

First, the district will conduct a total of three face-to-face workshops (November 3, November 10, November 17). Each session will cover three different themes: "Identifying interests, aptitudes, strengths, and weaknesses through self-analysis," "Analyzing suggested jobs and designing career paths through job preference tests," and "Motivating employment by concretizing future visions."
