Rapid precision cooling company Lisense Medical Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Geon-ho) and medical overseas expansion platform K-Doc Co., Ltd. (CEO Jo Seung-guk) announced on the 10th that they signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) at Lisense Medical's headquarters in Dongtan to expand their global influence through mutual cooperation.


Lisense Medical is gaining attention in the aesthetic industry, including plastic surgery and dermatology, with its TargetCool, a precision cooling agent capable of precise cooling control based on rapid precision cooling technology. It currently holds distribution contracts in a total of 24 countries including the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.


K-Doc is a specialized platform company for overseas expansion of domestic medical professionals, supporting the dispatch and overseas advancement of medical staff and providing consulting related to the establishment of overseas hospitals. It is expanding its industry presence by applying advanced medical solutions to the global market, including projects such as the construction and operation of a large beauty hospital in the Sanur Special Economic Zone in Bali, Indonesia, the establishment of an international hospital in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and the operation of a telemedicine platform in the United States.


Through this MOU, the two companies aspire to strengthen their overseas competitiveness by developing enhanced medical technologies and services and introducing them to the global medical device market. In particular, they plan to conduct clinical research utilizing Lisense Medical’s rapid precision cooling technology and promote more accurate and swift clinical trials by leveraging K-Doc’s network of over 5,100 medical professional users, thereby providing innovative medical technologies and services to patients and customers.


A representative of Lisense Medical stated, “We will continue to expand our capabilities in the global market based on distribution contracts with 24 countries,” and added, “Through this agreement, we will strengthen partnerships for global medical innovation and take the lead in enhancing the global competitiveness of the domestic medical industry.”
