On the 12th, Case Presentations on 'Utilizing Local Cultural Resources and Local Branding' -
Dongjak-gu (Mayor Park Il-ha) will hold the "5th Cultural Policy Forum" at 2 p.m. on the 12th at Kkamangdol Library (129 Seodal-ro) to reexamine the value of local cultural resources.
The Dongjak-gu Cultural Policy Forum is held annually to identify necessary cultural and artistic policies and projects within the region and to establish policy directions.
This forum will proceed under the theme of "Utilization of Local Cultural Resources and Local Branding," starting with a congratulatory speech by Mayor Park Il-ha of Dongjak-gu, followed by a celebratory performance and presentations on local branding cases using various local cultural resources.
The presentations will begin with a keynote speech by Professor Mo Jong-rin of Yonsei University Graduate School of International Studies, and will include topics such as ▲local festivals ▲youth entrepreneurship and support for local creators using local resources ▲the role of public libraries as community hubs and branding.
After the presentations, a comprehensive discussion will follow, chaired by Professor Kwon Byung-woong of Chung-Ang University Graduate School of Arts, with all presenters and discussants participating.
