- 'Dior Nine Anyang Station' Launches, Eyeing Top Spot in the Region

As the trend of rising sale prices continues, newly launched apartments in Gyeonggi-do priced over 1 billion KRW are appearing one after another. With the inevitable increase in sale prices due to rising raw material costs and labor expenses, it is predicted that complexes exceeding 1 billion KRW will continue to increase, spreading the perception among buyers that now is the most reasonable time to purchase.
In fact, in March, the highest sale price for an 84㎡ unit at ‘ePyeonhansesang Yongin Station Platform City’ located in Giheung-gu, Yongin Special City, Gyeonggi-do, reached 1.235 billion KRW. In May, the highest sale price for an 84㎡ unit at ‘Gwangmyeong Xi The Sharp Forena’ reached 1.0455 billion KRW. Additionally, in August, the ‘Gwangmyeong Central I-Park’ was priced at 1.272 billion KRW for the same area, surpassing the 1 billion KRW mark by a wide margin.
Despite the sale prices of these new complexes exceeding 1 billion KRW, the first-priority subscription competition rates for ‘Gwangmyeong Xi The Sharp Forena’ and ‘Gwangmyeong Central I-Park’ were recorded at 10.5:1 and 18.9:1 respectively, showing high popularity. As sale prices are expected to steadily rise due to increases in labor and raw material costs, the perception among buyers is spreading that the currently planned complexes are the cheapest option available.
An industry insider stated, “Since raw material and labor costs continue to rise, it is natural for sale prices to increase. However, if prices are raised indiscriminately, unsold units may occur, so prices are set considering surrounding market prices. Among consumers, some complexes that appear to have high prices are not considered expensive when compared to market prices and product quality.”
Accordingly, ‘Dior Nine Anyang Station,’ which is attracting attention as the flagship complex in Anyang, Gyeonggi-do, is also becoming a focus of interest. Located in the center of Anyang and being the only high-end residential product in the area, along with various development benefits nearby, ‘Dior Nine Anyang Station’ is also expected to have a high sale price considering the recent upward trend in new complex prices in Gyeonggi-do.
Located in Manan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, ‘Dior Nine Anyang Station’ consists of Block 1 with two buildings from basement level 6 to ground level 25, and Block 2 with one building from basement level 7 to ground level 25. It will include residential facilities as well as commercial spaces and premium community amenities. Among the total 540 units, the officetel sales have been successfully completed, and the final sale of 66 residential units in Block 1 is upcoming.
‘Dior Nine Anyang Station’ is a high-end branded residential facility offering two types of units: 74㎡ and 84㎡, allowing buyers to choose according to their needs. The living spaces are designed with premium finishing materials and include utility rooms to enhance residential comfort.
In particular, the complex plans to provide high-quality community facilities. The ‘Dior Nine FLEX 5’ community, composed of five themes, is expected to significantly enhance residents’ satisfaction.
