Mr. A is accused of unlawfully entering a one-room building in Gijang-gun, Busan, around 6 a.m. on the 4th. At the time, he figured out the password written near the building’s entrance, opened the shared front door, and entered the building.

Afterward, Mr. A rang the doorbell of one of the units and said, "I am a delivery worker; please open the door." The male resident of the unit found it suspicious that a delivery worker was visiting so early in the morning and did not open the door, so Mr. A left.

According to the police investigation, Mr. A was wearing cotton gloves and holding a brick at the scene. It was also revealed that after leaving the one-room building, he committed two thefts at nearby shops.
