NS Home Shopping announced on the 8th that it will exclusively launch a broadcast for the 'KT AI Service Robot Rental' product, which aims to ease the concerns of small business owners, on the 9th at 10:50 PM.
The KT AI Service Robot Rental product was unveiled at the ‘2023 World Information Technology (IT) Show’ in April and launched in May. It rents out the latest product, LG Cloi, and provides KT network services to enable serving operations in stores. Customers can apply for a free trial period through consultation calls during the broadcast and receive on-site consulting. Customized services such as optimal robot route setting, a 5-day free trial, and free A/S are also provided.

LG Cloi is equipped with 12 ToF (Time of Flight) sensors that measure the time it takes for emitted light to reflect back from objects to recognize distance, LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) sensors, and a 3D camera that enables three-dimensional spatial recognition, allowing it to autonomously pass through automatic doors. Additionally, it features suspension on six wheels, which helps maintain balance even on uneven surfaces, significantly improving driving capabilities compared to the 2nd generation model.
NS Home Shopping has released the KT AI Service Robot product as a 36-month contract rental package, consisting of the robot, charger, location recognition stickers, and a user manual. The monthly rental fee is 660,000 KRW, which can be adjusted based on the contract period during consultation. Customers who apply for on-site consultation during the broadcast can receive customized store visits and robot setup services, and the configured serving robot can be tried for free for 5 days.
To celebrate the product launch broadcast, NS Home Shopping is also holding an event where customers who complete a rental contract after the free trial will receive a ‘Carrier Wine Cellar (12 bottles)’ and an ‘LG CordZero A9 vacuum cleaner’. More details can be found during the broadcast.
