The Seocho District Council (Chairman Oh Se-cheol) held the 1st plenary session on the 6th and opened the 329th extraordinary session.
This extraordinary session will be held over a period of 7 days until the 12th.
In his opening remarks, Chairman Oh Se-cheol stated, "The government has prepared next year's budget as an unprecedented austerity budget, and Seocho District is also expected to face deteriorating financial conditions due to a decrease in tax revenue. I ask that you gather residents' opinions from the budget formulation stage and carefully review them to establish a solid project plan and a responsible sound financial budget."
He continued, "As this is a time to wrap up the year and prepare for the next, please make efforts to ensure that projects planned at the beginning of the year bear fruit, and do your best in advance preparations so that next year's projects can proceed without any setbacks."
The agenda items handled at this plenary session included ▲Consent for installation of electric vehicle charging facilities (permanent facilities) at public facilities in Seocho District ▲Consent for private consignment of management and operation of Seocho District public daycare centers: Namtaeryeong Daycare Center, Seocho Seongmo Daycare Center, Seocho Daycare Center, Seoripul Daycare Center, Ribbon Tower 2 Complex Daycare Center, Foresta 3 Complex Daycare Center, Foresta 5 Complex Daycare Center, Bangbae Open Daycare Center, Seocho 4-dong Sampung Daycare Center ▲Consent for private consignment of Banpo Nutinamu Shelter ▲Consent for private consignment of Seocho District Nutinamu Shelter ▲Partial amendment of the Seoul Metropolitan City Seocho District Regional Health Act Violation Fine Imposition and Collection Ordinance, among others.
