The Paik's Coffee Bread Lab, operated by The Born Korea, announced on the 4th that it has newly opened a 300-pyeong flagship store, 'Hwajeong DT Branch (Drive-Thru Store),' in Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do last month. Paik's Coffee Bread Lab is a store that combines Paik's Coffee with a bakery, based on the slogan "Happy research for a better coffee & bakery experience."
Hwajeong DT Branch is a massive store of about 300 pyeong with around 200 seats on the first and second floors, making it the third drive-thru store in the company's history. The store features a sophisticated white-tone interior overall and an interior space that highlights visual beauty using a large multi-vision screen, capturing the unique sensibility of Paik's Coffee.
The first floor of the store is designed with an open kitchen concept so that customers can directly see the preparation process of brunch menus, and the efficient space layout allows for quick use of the drive-thru service. On the second floor, in line with the Bread Lab concept, the bakery production process is transparently disclosed, and a spacious hall and a separate terrace space are provided to create an open and airy atmosphere.
At this location, in addition to the existing beverage menu lineup of Paik's Coffee Bread Lab, signature drinks and bakery items unique to this store, such as banana croissants, 61-layer Mont Blanc, and dacquoise, are sold. Furthermore, high-quality brunch can be enjoyed at reasonable prices, and attractive new menu items will be periodically added and expanded.
