SK Energy Presents Gifts to Muffin Point Customers

SK Energy announced on the 3rd that starting from the 4th of this month, it will hold a 'Muffin Points Event' offering special gifts to Muffin membership customers who have accumulated 3,000 or more Muffin points. Muffin points are points that can be earned and used at SK gas stations and charging stations through the newly launched Muffin app this May.

The Muffin app is a mobility membership platform operated by SK Energy for automobile drivers. It includes various services such as refueling, LPG charging, electric vehicle charging, and car washing, and also provides Muffin points accumulation and usage as well as discount coupons for car washing and maintenance.

Marking its 12th year this year, SK Energy's Muffin Points Event is held under the theme 'Muffin FOR YOUR LIFE' to celebrate the launch of Muffin, which provides everything needed for Car Life. Five special limited-edition gifts (long umbrella, car fire extinguisher, Oxford block, laundry detergent, wet wipes) have been prepared. Customers can choose and apply for their desired gift. The long umbrella, car fire extinguisher, and Oxford block, which reflect Muffin's brand identity, can be easily applied for through the Muffin app.

In particular, the car fire extinguisher was prepared in consideration of the revised Fire Facilities Act to be enforced from December next year. Currently, the law mandates installation only in vehicles with seven or more seats, but according to Article 11 of the 'Act on the Installation and Management of Fire-Fighting Facilities,' it must also be installed and kept in passenger cars with five or more seats.

The Oxford block was specially produced by Mopibro for AUTOSTAY, a premium automatic car wash startup invested in by SK Energy last year. This is the second series following the Energy Super Station block produced the previous year.

Any customer holding 3,000 Muffin points can apply for the gifts. Muffin points can be checked in the Muffin app, and customers with between 1,500 and less than 3,000 Muffin points can convert up to 1,500 OK Cashback points into Muffin points to apply.

Applications for gifts can be made from the 4th of this month until the 26th of next month at SK gas stations and charging stations nationwide and through the Muffin app. All gifts are limited in quantity and may sell out early. Gift pickup is available from the 21st of this month to December 17th at SK gas stations and charging stations nationwide designated by the customer.
