Apple's 'iPhone 15' series domestic release date has been officially confirmed as October 13.

Apple announced on the 27th that sales of the iPhone 15 series will begin in Korea starting from the 13th of next month. This is exactly one month after Apple unveiled the iPhone 15 series on the 13th.

Accordingly, mobile carriers such as SK Telecom, KT, and LG Uplus will start accepting pre-orders from the 6th of next month, one week prior.

The official domestic release date for the Apple Watch 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 has also been set for the same day. However, for the two Apple Watch lineup models, general orders (not pre-orders) will be available starting from the 6th. The domestic release schedule for the AirPods Pro 2nd generation has not yet been determined.

The iPhone 15 series began pre-orders on the 15th in more than 40 first-wave launch countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, China, and France, with official sales starting on the 22nd. In 17 countries and regions such as Macao, Malaysia, and T?rkiye, sales will begin on the 29th of this month.

The iPhone 15 series will be released in four lineups: standard, Plus, Pro, and Pro Max. The starting prices are 1,250,000 KRW for the standard model, 1,350,000 KRW for the Plus, 1,550,000 KRW for the Pro, and 1,900,000 KRW for the Pro Max.

Color options for the standard and Plus models include Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Black. The Pro and Pro Max models will be available in Black Titanium, White Titanium, Blue Titanium, and Natural Titanium. The new iPhone 15 series features a USB-C charging port and the Dynamic Island function has been expanded to all models.

For the Pro lineup, Apple introduced its first titanium frame for the iPhone, thinner bezels, the latest A17 Pro chip built on a 3nm process, and action buttons.
