SGA Solutions Launches Cloud-Native Container Platform Security Solution

Integrated IT security specialist SGA Solutions announced on the 25th the launch of 'cAegis,' a security solution specialized for cloud-native environments.

Recently, with the expansion of public and private cloud infrastructure usage and the spread of DevOps based on cloud-native container platforms, the need for CNAPP (Cloud Native Application Protection Platform) security has emerged.

In line with this trend, SGA Solutions released 'cAegis,' a new container platform security product, following its hypervisor-based VM (Virtual Machine) virtualization environment CWPP (Cloud Workload Protection Platform) product 'vAegis.' Through this, the company plans to provide a security system for both VM and container environments on hybrid cloud platforms simultaneously.

SGA Solutions' 'cAegis' is a product that can actively respond to security threats in cloud-native container platform environments. It enables the establishment of a secure cloud-native security environment through various protection functions such as ▲container image assurance ▲container platform access control ▲container runtime protection. In particular, in terms of container platform access control and container runtime protection, it addresses container security threats more powerfully and safely based on the company's 'Secure OS Security Kernel' technology.
