'Hillstate Geumo The First' is within walking distance of Hyoja Station on the Uijeongbu Light Rail Transit. Through this line, it takes about 10 minutes to reach Hoeryong Station, a transfer station for Line 1. Additionally, a 3-minute walk to the express bus stop allows convenient commuting to central Seoul, and the road transportation network is also excellent. Via Hoguk-ro, Uijeongbu IC and Howon IC on the Seoul Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway, and Minrak IC on the Guri-Pocheon Expressway, easy access to Seoul and the metropolitan area is possible.
The complex is also equipped with development benefits. The planned Uijeongbu Station on the GTX-C line of the Seoul Metropolitan Area Express Railway, the planned extension of Subway Line 7, and the partial opening of the underground Dongbu Expressway project (from Uijeongbu city boundary to Wolgye 1-gyo, a 6.85 km section) are expected to enhance accessibility to major business districts in Seoul, including Gangnam.
Convenience facilities are also available. Furthermore, access to the northern Gyeonggi regional administrative town, including the Gyeonggi Provincial Government Northern Office, Northern Gyeonggi Police Agency, and Uijeongbu Fire Station, is convenient. Schools such as Geumo Elementary, Geumo Middle, Cheonbo Middle, and Hyoja Middle and High Schools are close to the complex. Nearby, there is a Geumo-dong academy district, and facilities like the Uijeongbu Science Library are also accessible.
Expectations for future value are also high. According to the '2035 Uijeongbu Urban Master Plan' announced by Uijeongbu City, the Geumo district where the complex is located is planned to be developed as a sub-center of Uijeongbu City, serving as a hub for metropolitan administrative functions. Therefore, the Geumo district area is expected to undergo redevelopment projects centered on residential and commercial functions around various government offices, including the Gyeonggi Provincial Government Northern Office.
Meanwhile, the sales promotion center for 'Hillstate Geumo The First' is set up in the Uijeongbu-si area of Gyeonggi-do.
