DB Insurance Hosts 'Promised Play for Traffic and Environment' Festival

DB Insurance will hold a festival encompassing children's traffic safety and environmental issues.

DB Insurance announced on the 25th that it will host the "Promised Play for Traffic and Environment" festival at Children's Grand Park in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, on the 4th of next month.

This is an experiential event where the entire family can participate, covering children's traffic safety and environmental issues. The event is hosted by DB Insurance and supported by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, the Ministry of Environment, and the Seoul Metropolitan Government. Green Umbrella Child Fund, Environment Foundation, and Timos Media are co-organizers.

The event consists of a children's traffic safety experience program and an environmental concert. The children's traffic safety experience program will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the "Open Stage," and the environmental concert will take place at 5 p.m. on the "Forest Stage."

The children's traffic safety experience program includes kickboard safety education tailored to children's perspectives, crosswalk crossing experiences, traffic safety puppet shows, a virtual reality (VR) experience center, and a safety experience bus. Programs to experience the roles of firefighters, flight attendants, and CSI forensic investigators are also prepared. Offline activities such as making safety badges, allowing children to participate in various ways, will also be available.

The "Environmental Concert," held as part of the main event, is prepared with the goal of a zero-waste concert. Performers including g.o.d, Davichi, Paul Kim, VIVIZ, B.O, CRAVITY, STAYC, and ATV0 are scheduled to perform.

Participation in the concert can be applied for through QR codes on banners and posters on the DB Insurance website or the customer mobile application (app).

A DB Insurance official stated, "Through this festival, children will be able to raise awareness of practicing traffic safety and environmental protection," adding, "We will continue to actively strive to practice traffic safety and environmental management through various social contribution activities."
