The housing exhibition center was bustling with visitors, raising expectations for a quick sell-out.
Even before the opening, the ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Geomdan Well County’ housing exhibition center received continuous phone inquiries from prospective buyers, and on the opening day, queues formed from the morning, proving high interest. e-Pyeonhansesang Geomdan Well County is a private-public housing project jointly implemented by the Incheon Urban Corporation and the DL consortium (DL E&C and five other companies).
Located in Block AA10-1 of Geomdan New Town, Seo-gu, Incheon, this complex consists of national housing units with exclusive areas of 85㎡ or less (59㎡, 84㎡) and private housing units with exclusive areas exceeding 85㎡ (104㎡). It is a large-scale complex with 14 buildings (including 3 terrace buildings) ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 1,458 households. The number of units by exclusive area is △59㎡A 271 units △59㎡B 312 units △84㎡A 393 units △84㎡B 50 units △84㎡C 124 units △84㎡T 14 units △84㎡PH 2 units △104㎡A 196 units △104㎡B 96 units, offering a wide variety of housing types to meet diverse buyer preferences.
