The Gwangju Jeonnam Branch of the Korea Rehabilitation Welfare Corporation extended warmth to individuals under legal protection ahead of Chuseok.
They received support from the Employment Support Committee of the Ministry of Justice's Legal Protection Committee Gwangju Jeonnam Branch, including a legal protection fund of 3.35 million KRW and consolation goods such as pork and kimchi worth approximately 4.5 million KRW, which were delivered to the beneficiaries under legal protection.
Branch Director Ko Young-hoon expressed, “We are grateful to the Employment Support Committee for wholeheartedly supporting the social reintegration of those under legal protection,” and added, “We will strive to ensure that the beneficiaries can enjoy a joyful Chuseok holiday.”
