On the 21st, Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) kicked off the spectacular opening of the 2023 Cheongchun-daero Festival.
'2023 Cheongchun-daero' is a youth culture festival promoted in collaboration with local young people from the planning stage.
The Gwangjin Square and Neungdong-ro Fountain Square, where the festival took place, were filled with the enthusiasm of young people and the joy of local residents.
At Gwangjin Square, the Youth Film Festival and Youth Song Festival were held. The youth human rights film 'Next Sohee,' which deals with the reality of high school student interns, was screened, and 15 teams including youth indie bands showcased unique performances.
Starting with the opening declaration ceremony with young people, there were performances by Konkuk University cheerleading squad 'Ax-K,' and joint performances by Konkuk University and Sejong University. The festival scene became even hotter with a special performance by singer Kwon Jin-ah.
Neungdong-ro Fountain Square was set up as a healing space. Bean bags for sitting and resting, a flea market, and a life photo studio were prepared. Various festival participation booths and food trucks also operated at the festival site.
Mayor Kim Kyung-ho said, "2023 Cheongchun-daero is a festival where residents and youth enjoy and communicate together," adding, "I hope everyone enjoys the festival to the fullest."
On the second day, the 22nd, ▲eSports (LOL finals) broadcast ▲Cheongchun Dance Festival ▲Cheongchun Talk Show ▲special performance by singer Cherry Filter ▲and the closing ceremony will be held. In particular, the Cheongchun Talk Show will be hosted by employment YouTuber Kang Min-hyuk and travel YouTuber Gwak Tube, providing a time to share the concerns of young people together.
