On the 21st, Jucheon-myeon, Namwon-si, Jeonbuk announced that it had signed an agreement the day before with the village enterprise ‘Yeongnong Cooperative Corporation Hajuballoe Village’ to provide side dishes to the elderly.

This agreement is a collaboration between the public and private sectors to directly prepare and deliver side dishes every week to about 20 elderly villagers, while also checking on their well-being, aiming to provide balanced nutrition and emotional stability together.
Han Chung-moon, chairman of Hajuballoe Village, said, “Through sharing, I have felt greater joy and fulfillment,” and added, “We will continue to actively cooperate to promote welfare in the local community.”
Kim Min-ju, head of Jucheon-myeon, expressed gratitude to Hajuballoe Village for realizing the ‘value of togetherness’ and said, “We will do our best to actively discover welfare resources in the community and promote customized welfare services that reach out to those in need.”
