BPA Holds European Logistics Seminar for Our Export Companies

Busan Port Authority (BPA) held a European logistics seminar in Seoul on the 19th to support our export companies.

At the event, speakers from Barcelona Port Authority, KOTRA, HMM, and Taewoong Logistics participated, introducing local logistics trends and cases of domestic companies using local logistics services to our export companies wishing to enter the European market, followed by a Q&A session.

Immediately after the seminar, individual consultations were held for about 10 companies that had applied in advance, covering detailed usage methods of local logistics centers, support contents, payment of customs and value-added tax, and customs clearance counseling.

The European logistics seminar is currently underway.

Kang Jun-seok, President of BPA, said, “Busan Port Authority will support export logistics by expanding logistics hubs reflecting the demands of our companies,” and added, “We will regularly provide opportunities like this event where port authorities and our companies can exchange opinions and share information.”
