The Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) announced on the 21st that the full moon of Chuseok will rise in Seoul at 6:23 PM on the 29th. The time when the moon reaches its highest point will be after midnight, at 12:37 AM on the 30th. The time when the moon is located opposite the sun and becomes a completely full moon (mang望) is at 6:58 PM on the same day.
